Information in your account

Twistavo stores account details such as your name and email address, password hashes when you use a password, sign-in connections, active sessions, credit transactions, and the projects or generations you create. Prompts, settings, status and resulting media may be stored with the relevant project or generation.

Uploads and processing

Uploaded files are checked against the feature’s upload limits, temporarily stored for processing and sent to the external AI services needed to carry out your request. Those services process the media and prompts needed for the feature.

Some original media links issued by those services may be accessible to anyone who has the link. Twistavo also keeps completed AI outputs in an archive that requires the owning account to access through Twistavo. Account data is stored in Postgres and archived media in private Vercel Blob storage. This does not make the original media link private or remove copies held by a processing service. Do not upload material that must remain confidential.

Library access

Project and archived-output access through Twistavo requires the account that owns the requested item. This reduces exposure through Twistavo; it cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality across external services, networks, devices, backups or people with an original media link. Twistavo administrators may access account content when needed to operate the service or resolve a support issue.

Other services and browser storage

Google sign-in, Stripe billing and transactional email are used only when enabled. Those services handle the information needed for their functions under their own terms and privacy practices. Twistavo does not store your card number. A session cookie keeps you signed in; temporary sign-in drafts may be stored in this browser to restore your work after authentication.

Export and deletion

Account tools let you export account information and request deletion. Saved projects can be removed from Library, and completed AI outputs can be hidden or removed from your Twistavo archive where the relevant controls are available. Active work may need to finish first. Removing data from Twistavo does not delete records held by external services, revoke an already issued media link, or erase previous backups. Deletion revokes your sessions and removes your account records and private media; failed media cleanup is retried. A minimal email receipt of a welcome credit grant is retained to prevent repeated grants. Payment services may retain transaction records.

Your privacy rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may request access to or correction of your personal data. Subject to its conditions, you may also request erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, or object to processing. Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with your relevant data protection authority.
