Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account details accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity through your account. Do not use Twistavo to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or create or submit abusive, exploitative, deceptive or otherwise prohibited material. We may restrict access to protect users, processing services or the service.

Your media and permission to process it

You keep whatever rights you hold in the media and prompts you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload that material and authorize Twistavo and the external services needed to process it for the feature you request. You remain responsible for your content and for checking that your use is lawful. Original media links may be accessible to people who have the link; avoid submitting confidential material.

Plans, payments and credits

When purchasing is open, plans are monthly subscriptions billed at the displayed price. The current plan catalogue is:

• Starter: $49.00 per month for 3,000 credits.
• Creator: $99.00 per month for 6,500 credits.
• Studio: $199.00 per month for 14,000 credits.

Credits are a usage balance, not cash, and accumulate without expiring. They are spent when a generation is accepted for processing, at the quote shown before confirmation. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals according to the subscription flow; it does not turn credits into cash. Taxes or other charges, if any, are shown before payment.

Failed generations and payment reversals

Credits reserved for a generation are returned when Twistavo confirms that the processing service rejected or failed the request. If the outcome is uncertain, the job may require review and the credits remain reserved until it is reconciled. A refund or payment dispute may reverse related credits; if the remaining balance is insufficient, generation access may be restricted while the balance is reviewed. Contact support about a billing issue. No automatic cash refund is promised by these terms.

Service scope

Features and payment methods may change. Generative AI relies on external processing services; Twistavo does not promise a particular output, uninterrupted access or a completion time. Check the feature and billing screens before submitting work or payment.
